- Make a diagnosis and propose prevention or corrective actions
- Master the tools for territory analysis, the new techniques of vine creation and culture
- Master the financial tools, sales techniques, information technologies and risk management tools
- Integrate the international dimension and the specific fluctuating and complex context of the viti-viniculture chains
- Organize, communicate, manage and make the project stakeholders work together.
