To implement and manage innovative technical projects within agricultural chains (plant and/or animal production chains) with a sustainable development objective.
Skills and abilities
- Understand and analyse agrosystems functioning
- Implement a technical know-how to the benefit of plant and/or animal production chains
- Implement the tools for diagnosis, assessment and design of innovative agrosystems
- Manage the relations and the interface between production and processing
- Ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products
- Integrate a sustainable management of resources: control of agricultural pollution, biodiversity conservation, soil conservation and water quality management
- Know the challenges of production chains (stakeholders, regulation, economic and social challenges).
