The MSc Sustainable Food Systems

The Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems is a two-year program organized jointly by:

  • Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Cremona (Italy)
  • ISARA (France)

By joining this program, you will obtain two internationally recognized degrees:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Food Processing: Innovation and Tradition (Italy)
  • Master of Science in Sustainable Food Systems (France)

Year 1 – Italy (Cremona, Università Cattolica)
Fundamentals: microbiology, biochemistry, supply chain management, agri-food economics and law, sustainability
Specialization: food technologies, quality and certification, risk analysis, digitalization
Year 2 – France (Lyon, ISARA)
Applied semester: entrepreneurship, innovation in food processing, management, and teamwork with industry partners
Research thesis or internship, defended at ISARA
