Human Resources

Uncovering talent, fostering commitment, building performance

Our Human Resources Policy

Based on the four values of Isara, our human resources policy aims to develop management methods that promote initiative and intrapreneurship as well as well-being at work and performance.

That is why we want our more agile operating methods to build employee loyalty and attract and reveal new talent.

As soon as you join Isara, you will benefit from a dynamic relationship created by induction and training days, as well as a mentoring system that allows you to “decode” the Isara culture and take an active role in your integration.

Then, to support your performance and projects, Isara has set up regular evaluation and professional reflection points such as: an annual objectives interview, a professional interview every two years, and training sessions. In 2018, 72% of employees took part in training during the year.

Throughout your time at Isara, you will be able to play an active role in the relationship dynamics in place and also in our development projects: in 2018, more than 50% of employees participated in working groups dedicated to our transformation. Employees also participated in the co-construction of the new organization. In 2020, they will be able to participate in the ISARA 2025 strategic plan.

For the past two years, we have been undertaking an ambitious project to modernize our premises and emphasize the modularization of workspaces: sometimes a brainstorming room, sometimes a “traditional meeting room,” sometimes a tea room or relaxation area. In 2018, our students and employees designed Isara’s new premises to suit our needs.

Company agreements

The company agreements reflect the “Trust,” “Fulfilment,” “Team Spirit,” and “Commitment” of all:

  • A profit-sharing agreement in place since 2016 allows results to be distributed among all employees on an equal basis.
  • An ARTT agreement allowing the donation of leave and granting paid leave in excess of that provided for in the EPI collective agreement.
  • A retirement allowance scheme that is more favorable than the EPI collective agreement.
  • A teleworking charter allowing everyone to request teleworking days without going through their line manager.
  • An agreement on bicycle mileage allowances for those who cycle to work.
  • An agreement on gender equality.

Gender Equality Index

A SCORE OF 90/100 FOR THE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

In accordance with legal requirements, ISARA has published its index on professional equality between women and men.

ISARA obtained a score of 90/100 on March 1, 2025, with the minimum threshold set by the government being 75/100.

This result reflects the school’s commitment and efforts to achieve true professional equality and encourages it to continue its efforts in this direction.
In addition, since 2019, ISARA has appointed a representative to combat sexual harassment and sexist behavior.
